Ignite Tutoring

1. Services and Pricing

Ignite Tutoring offers personalized tutoring services at the following rates:

• High School Courses (excluding AP courses): $50 per hour
• AP and College Courses: $75 per hour
• College Admissions Guidance: $75 per hour

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 48 hours of the completion of each tutoring session. Acceptable methods of payment include Venmo, Zelle, Check, and Electronic Bank Transfer. If payment is not received within 48 hours, a late fee of $10 will be added for each additional day the payment is delayed.

3. Cancellation Policy

If a session is cancelled with less than one hour's notice, clients are liable to be charged up to the full price of the booked session.

4. No Guarantees on Academic Performance

While Ignite Tutoring strives to provide the highest quality of tutoring, study strategies, and academic resources, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. The ultimate responsibility for performance rests with the client.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be resolved through virtual mediation via Zoom, prior to seeking any other legal recourse.
